Players Cues: During manufacturing, Players cues are turned and dried seven times to prevent warping. The wood is also treated with Nelsonite, a patented stabilizer that protects it from atmospheric changes. A proprietary epoxy finish is then applied to seal the cue and further protect the wood from moisture and warping.
Players will honor a one-year warranty for all manufacturer defects and should be sent directly to the manufacturer. Warping once the cue has been chalked is not considered a defect.
